An attempt to solidify some vague feelings I've been having about 50mm lenses versus 35mm.

On the one hand, yes, darkroom/analogue prints have more intrinsic worth (be it sentimental, financial or some other kind).

On the other hand, this can be a downside, in that it might cause the photographer to become overly attached to something just because it took a lot of effort to make, and not because of any artistic (or other kind of) merit it has.

Digital photography of course goes to the other extreme: the majority of photos taken today are pretty much disposable, like junk food, not only because they require so little effort to make, but also because the final destination for most is the ephemeral Cloud. Producing a good digital print still requires a decent amount of time, effort and skill, though, and because the result is a physical 'thing' it naturally has some value to the person who made it beyond the image it depicts.

Installing Skyrim :D Got the boxed copy for the physical map, and it's really nice.

On the G+ iPhone app, in the Photos section, there's a bit called Photos From Your Phone. It's empty and when I open it, the Share button doesn't do anything. Is this normal?
