Photography at Trona Pinnacles, California
As I walked and the sun got higher I started thinking about how tens of thousands of years ago this used to be a lake and all these spires were underwater. Hard to believe as I took another sip from my water bottle and looked at my snake dry skin. Later in the day it soared to over 90 degrees, which probably seems nippy to the locals but was plenty hot for me.

Message From The Photographer: Hi friends! Did you like this photos? Do you shop on Amazon? If you do please bookmark my link (http://amzn.to/1ExuqKV). It helps support my photography. I participate in the Amazon Associates Program, so Amazon pays me a small commission for every sale I generate for them. You only have to use it within the last 24 hours for it to work and it won't cost you anything extra. Thank you guys for your support.

I am a poor college student and most of my photography equipment are from my parents. While my parents did give me another phone recently for my old one that broke, I had a lot of out of pocket expenses getting new accessories for it. Also recently, I'm in the process of trying to get some funding to replace some of my photography/video equipment that is breaking down. So any commissions I make from Amazon will be put into that, and as always, leftover funds will help with other replacement equipment, my photography, and new videos.

Burke helped make history in 1918 when it was converted into a naval hospital to treat injured returning veterans after World War II. Burke doctors and researchers developed prosthetics to aid soldiers in easing back into civilian life. Today, researchers are fulfilling Burke's calling by developing 3D-printed prosthetic limbs for people in need. Check out an amazing "then" and "now" look at prosthetics at Burke's Wood Pavilion lobby exhibit in Building #7.
