Is this correct that FedEx delivery trucks will have batteries installed to eliminate the engines always running outside. while they make the delivery inside to the  customer. If this is true, the possibilities are endless.

Maria, perhaps you can tell me how that whale that was fixing stocks, is not the same as the person that bought all of the Apple stocks today (icahn?)? + When Facebook jumped after hours from 26 to 31? To send Fb on it's way to 38.What is this? It's not fair that they are not doing the stocks I own.

Will Sharp reinvent the shingle?
If a solar project is in your New Year plans for 2012, consider Sharp's solar shingles (ND-65RU1F). At $69 each, it's an awesome deal!

If you are looking for a nice Porsche 911? this is the one, an antique this year, 30 years young! Buddy says I should ask $40,000? for quick sale $30,000. Apologies to Dire Straits being played in the background, although there is a link to buy one of the greatest songs of the eighties on I Tunes..

Mr. Sanders, wow if you could bring some of these billions home, this could be used to fix up some of the poor cities in the USA, like Detroit, Newark etc. Now I have heard from some publicans that Delaware is used as a tax haven? Could this be true? Perhaps some of the offshore islands like the say Cayman Islands are just a red herring to keep pressure off of Delaware? Now, if you could figure this out, it sure would give back a lot of jobs. Also help stop taking away seniors pensions and also get you a well deserved spot in the White house as the next President. You would be great to follow President Obama. Good luck!

End Offshore Tax Havens:

The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday that its own analysis of 60 big U.S. companies found that they parked $166 billion offshore last year. A separate Bloomberg analysis published Friday said the largest U.S.-based companies expanded their untaxed offshore stockpiles by $183 billion, a 14.4 percent jump in the past year. Sen. Bernie Sanders, a member of the Senate Budget Committee, has called for closing those tax loopholes to help bring down deficits. “At a time when we have a $16.6 trillion national debt; at a time when roughly one-quarter of the largest corporations in America are paying no federal income taxes; and at a time when corporate profits are at an all-time high, it is past time for corporate America to contribute significantly to deficit reduction,” he said.

Do you believe Congress should or should not close loopholes allowing corporations and wealthy individuals to avoid U.S. taxes by shifting income overseas?

Today we went to a supermarket(Fortino's Hamilton Dundurn ST), half way through shopping an announcement came over the loud speaker. Our cashiers automated banking machines are down so you will have to pay with credit or cash. Our banking machine is open at the front of the store, if you want to get cash? The charge to use the banking machine was two dollars. People in line were furious, one lady buying a chicken for say $8.00 would now have to pay $10.00. I asked the manager (Mr Johnston) after accepting the charge, if i could get a refund of my two dollar bank charge? He said no it was the banks fault for the breakdown? Is this true? What if the line up of people at the cash machine would just leave their items in the middle of the store? The CIBC made two dollars off of me alone and who knows if this was country wide? or if the grocery store was involved with the bank? or credit card company?
