We hope you can make it out to some of our special events this coming weekend. If you've been waiting for the perfect time to buy a new carpet, Friday is the day! Carpet trends will be donating 5% of all of their sales completed or initiated on Friday to my fundraiser. Also on Friday night, Kelly's C level, will donate $2.50 for every pound of goose Island IPA sold. And Jerry's Post Road market is pitching in as well. They will give two free donuts to every person who donates a minimum of one dollar in-store to the fundraiser. Thanks a lot and we hope you can make it. If you're planning on coming to any of the events please RSVP at the attached link. #5MilesForMeso

Hi great books for kids community. I am a children's author, cancer survivor, and guest speaker. When I do programs I discussed my blindness and show students the adaptive technology I use in my daily life. Do any of you know of any programs or organizations that you programs like this? I think it is very important to expose children to people with disabilities at a young age and let them know that we are people to just like them but have different ways of interpreting the world.

Hi education revolution. I am a children's author and I visit schools and libraries to present my children's books. In addition to the books and discussing their themes of family, environmentalism, nature, and growth, I show them the adaptive technology I use as a blind person. I think it is important that students are exposed to people with disabilities and become more comfortable around them at a young age.

I recently started a new blog. My first post is about a famous deli and a famous Sandwedge they make in Westchester County. Enjoy!

I have met a few people on here that are willing to review self published books. Most recently Rebecca Saunders. Does anyone know any other websites are people that review self published children's books? I'm trying to get in touch with as many as possible. Thanks a lot. Andrew
