The more casual & cheap version of its next door neighbor, Da Silvano. Everything here is super fresh & delicious - definitely start off with the Caprese Salad followed by the Pappardelle or Rigatoni.

This is in my opinion the best Italian Restaurant in New York, HANDS DOWN SERVICE IS FANTASTIC WAITERS ARE FRIENDLY BUT VERY BUSY . Giovani the owner is hands on , watching every thing it's him that makes this place the best Italian food in New York. The side benefit is the beautiful people the out door seating scene. Don't miss out on his seasonal foods usually the ingredient imported from Italy And for desert try the Panacotta 5 stars Giovani

A bit fast paced. But the food is cheap, authentic, etc. I used to hate italian food, but this place changed my opinion for good!

a nice place for a quick pasta or very nice soup. but quick is the word here - the prices are very reasonable, but the turnover a very fast one. not a place to linger - in a toscano way. but a nice place to eat good toscano food...

don't be fooled by the mostly gorgeous people crowding the outdoor tables. they are not there to draw people in. the food here really is good. simple pasta dishes that taste amazing. not very expensive. good, not overly friendly service. i love their panna cotta!

Bar Pitti is the perfect place to dine outside on great food with good friends. BE warned the front patio is a very tight squeeze. Oh and its Cash Only! !
