Socialism at its best. The government that proclaims that protects people robs them instead. The Cuban government sells e.g. Peugeot 508 for $262,000 (!) while you can buy it here in the Czech Republic for $25,000.
That's the same kind of robbery generations of my parents and grandparents had to face in case of Tuzex.
BTW average monthly salary in Cuba is $20. So an average Cuban would have to save all his money for 1091 years to buy a new Peugeot 508. That's a heaven on Earth.

Socialism is the worst way of government of the planet. My country has the same regime and the things go for the same road

And the academy award for the best flying performance goes to... Arjen Robben!

In 95% of situations like this you will get a penalty, and Arjen has been really fouled (not that this foul justifies the Arjen's TakeOff, but everyone would have done the same...).
Defensive players know that and the mexican guy did a great mistake offending Robben like this in his own defensive area, IMHO.

+Allan Day, does this mean that #GNOME will no longer have the bottom hiding panel with notifications, chats, and systray?

+Allan Day What about making a line of icons of contacts right above the system tray icons (Skype, Dropbox,...) and when you click on one of the icons the content above is pushed up and some short chat history + message field is showed? That would fit in quite nicely.

+Christoph Wickert Cab signalling is, in the Czech republic, required for anything above 120 km/h. Also required is side protection for the train path (that's quite an issue in some not-so-well-thought-out train stations) and many other measures.

AFAIK there are three main issues with allowing 200 km/h: we're waiting for ETCS deployment, national signalling system wasn't ever designed for such speeds, works quite badly (have you ever had your train suddenly emergency brake from 160 to 0? probably was because of a short MIREL signal cut-out. not pleasant).

It wouldn't help very much, there are only short stretches where it'd be possible and the Czech railways didn't seek approval for 200 km/h speeds even for the vehicles capable of it because it'd make the approval process more complicated. It's quite questionable if it would be possible again, with the safety regulations having changed so much recently.

And finally, it's already a huge challenge to fit all the trains we want on the tracks (in fact, we are badly lacking capacity on many, many lines). Have a one train run 200 km/h there and you'd have to cancel two cargo or slower stop trains there.

+Richard Hughes, any chances that FedUp will be integrated in Software in F21 and Fedora will finally have a gui for upgrading? I cannot find it in the Workstation Tasklist.

Yeah, both are going to be installed by default. For non-workstation use, I'd say it does not make much sense to make it priority. For question Gtk vs Qt - go with that one you're more familiar with.

An interesting post by +Tobias Mueller. It's surprising to see that there is even worse installer than #Anaconda out there.

OS X and GNOME are not similar just because GNOME gets inspiration from OS X. The opposite direction also seems to be the case :)

The hostel is not the cleanest one in the Baltic countries as they claim on their website, quite the opposite. There were piles of cigarette ash which no one bothered to clean. You could hardly see through windows and the table in the room was pretty sticky. On the other hand, it's very cheap. The shared room was for 6 lats. However I don't recommend you the shared room unless you like sharing a room with strange Russian speaking individuals. Private rooms are probably OK. It's in a safe area, right next to a police station.
