This gym actually isn't bad except for the fact that the air conditioning is grossly inadequate. On days of high humidity or when it's over 80 degrees outside the facility becomes unusable. Other gyms don't have this problem.

Started in 2011 when my twins were about 15 mths old. I needed to lose the baby weight and I finally found the right program to HELP me do forward to 2014 and I have stayed with the GYIS program for almost 3 years consecutively. The trainers truly care about your goals...I've lost well over 30 pounds since I began. My overall health has drastically improved. I have so much more energy. And, I've made some really great friends who are on the same health journey! Investing in my health is a priority for myself, as well as my family. Can't say enough good things about this program :-)

GYIS is worth checking out. My wife has been doing this for five years and finally convinced me to go with her. I was very skeptical about results and did not want someone telling me what to do. However after two months I have found that it is the group experience that helps support you to reach your goals, even if you are the last one back from a run or the first. Also the trainers are very well educated and encouraging to push you harder without shouting at you. I have not lost any pounds yet in two months(did go through Christmas without gaining anything though) but I feel better and can tell that my muscles are becoming stronger. Thanks GYIS!

GYIS is a fantastic exercise program. The trainers are caring and knowledgeable . All fitness levels are challenged. I love exercising outdoors. No two workouts are ever the same. Everyone at GYIS strives to have each participant be successful. Nutritional/Diet support is offered via Advocare Products which have been helpful on my weight loss journey. Brad and Cynthia have built a first class program and work diligently to maintain their high standards. You will not be disappointed.

I have been a camper for 3.5 years. During that time I have had several health issues and several periods of very stressful work conditions. Through it all they have cheerfully encouraged, modified workouts as necessary and supported me. I have gained stamina, strength and tone. The group setting helps motivate one to return and be consistent. You know they will miss you, in a good way!

Great program, I started in April of 2013 and so far have lost 30 pounds and 20 inch's. The trainers are caring and knowledgeable. No two work outs are ever the same. GYIS runs many contests and promotions to keep you motivated and focused on your goals. By far the best personal investment I have ever made.

Attending this boot camp is like an investment in your future. In 9 months, I lost 20% of my starting weight. I feel great! This is truly personal training in a group atmosphere. The trainers are happy to help customize every activity for your fitness level. The best time to start is right now!

The Get You In Shape bootcamp completely changed my life! I decided to try the program because I felt like I was not in a good physical shape. Even though I didn't need to lose much weight, I couldn't run at all and had no muscle strength. Brad and the other trainers blew me out of the water at the very first session. They were so attentive and caring, and I could really tell that they are infinitely committed to everyone's personal success. I signed up and never looked back. I went from not working out (or working out at the gym a few times a week with no results whatsoever) and hating the very idea of exercising to looking forward to each workout session with GYIS bootcamp. The sessions are versatile, challenging and customizable to everyone's fitness level, and the encouragement from the trainers is priceless!
