We're very sorry you had this experience at our dive shop. Thank you for contacting us and we take all feedback seriously. We take pride in our customer service and try to go over and beyond for our customers. What happened to you is not the norm here at Grove Scuba. There was a 30 min period on the day in question when we had 8 divers that were late for the boat and the shop was scrambling to get everyone ready and out the door, making sure that they had everything that they needed. That group also had a few people that were here just waiting, going on the boat as a passenger, but not needing anything. We never make excuses here, but we believe you came during that time and although it shouldn't have happened, staff in the shop might have thought you were with that group.
We hope you give us another try and come back to see us. If you come back, say who you are. We'll personally apologize to you and give you a 20% discount on anything you chose to purchase
