This is pretty crazy. The sprinters case is very unlucky but understandable. At least he was kissing his girlfriend! The two historical cases mentioned are even more bizarre. http://ow.ly/R4EP30i2tyb

This is very interesting but kinda obvious when you think about it. Willpower appears to be less important than previously thought. People with great willpower tend to set their lives up so that they have to make far fewer decisions requiring willpower. http://ow.ly/F0Tp30hTBwl

I often get asked when is the best time to start physio/exercise therapy. Usuaully the earlier the better. Early movement and rehab tends to be helpful with most things other than broken bones ( and a few other tendon / ligament injuries). http://ow.ly/I2wC30huO3W
