Dear Hear the Children parents and friends,

Our annual Breakfast with Santa event is coming up at Castle Hill RSL on Saturday 17th December 2011. Tickets are on sale now at Castle Hill RSL Club and the event will be featured in editorial and advertising in the Hills News and Rouse Hill Stanhope Gardens News over the next 4 weeks.

We will be packing the Gift Bags for children and parents, as well as setting up the event, from 10am on Friday the 16th December, in the Lyceum at Castle Hill RSL Club. We would love some help if any of you are able to lend a hand. Please let me know asap, if you are able to help out. Please note: it is a kid friendly environment! After all that’s why we are here!

It should be our best event yet! I have included a little bit about the event below, and attached a copy of the advert that will be running in the paper for your interest.

I look forward to hearing back from you if you are able to help. Meanwhile, if you can spread the word to your family and friends, as well as any preschools, schools, or other groups you may belong to, about the event so that we can sell loads of tickets that would be wonderful. We have flyers and posters currently being printed, so please let me know if you would like some to distribute to wherever you think there might be interest.

Warm regards,
