This article also implies that bribes and bombs may not be our only foreign policy options, either.

There’s no journalistic skepticism about the motives of those on the left.

The arrests of Leland Yee and Patrick Cannon shows that some politicians still have real ambition when it comes to public corruption.

Being pro-business isn't the same as being pro-market.
The real losers are not just the next generation of innovators but also customers who lose out on more ways of getting what they need or want.

Legally, writes Power Line Blog's John Hinderaker, Mr Bundy "doesn't have a leg to stand on". He argues that Americans like Mr Bundy deserve sympathy, however.

"Their way of life is one that, frankly, is on the outs," he says. "They don't develop apps. They don't ask for food stamps. It probably has never occurred to them to bribe a politician. They don't subsist by virtue of government subsidies or regulations that hamstring competitors. They aren't illegal immigrants. They have never even gone to law school. So what possible place is there for the Bundys in the Age of Obama?" -

The gun-control politician arrested for corruption in connection with gun-trafficking mobster. Priceless.

There's a lot to love about Navy Federal Credit Union, but the Glen Burnie location can't seem to keep its coin-counting machine running. When I complained about it, I got a bunch of excuses (pocket lint, paper clips, etc.) but no solutions (calling a service tech, getting a better machine, etc.) This seem like a little thing, but it's all about customer service. Personally, I wish they made it a higher priority.

The seafood is excellent, and the outdoor dining area is nicely decorated (despite a lack of scenery). It's our go-to restaurant whenever we're near downtown Annapolis.
