I bought a bunked from Beck's furniture. After a few months the frame of the bed ripped apart indicating that it was not made of wood. I also bought a pub table with four tall chairs. Within two weeks, the chairs wobbled, we tried to tightened them up for several weeks until it was impossible to fix it again due to that the material used on the chairs was not of wood, it looks to be made of pressed cardboard instead. I called Becks furniture and the customer service was horrible. It took a long time for them to bring the replacement parts. After a week of use the chairs broke apart again. I called customer service many times and finally they said that I was not supposed to rest my feet on the stretchers, so they would not repair the chairs anymore. How then can we seat on a high chair without foot rest. Regarding the bed frame, it's been awhile and I still have not received the replacement part yet. Whenever I call them, they are very rude and want to blame us stating that we are not supposed to be using the foot rest. Are we supposed to seat with our feet dangling then? A chair is supposed to hold minimum 200 pound weight, or they should post on the item that this furniture is made of pressed cardboard and it holds max 10 pounds weight. Becks furniture sells the worse products you could ever find. Don't ever buy furniture from this store, or you will be sorry. Don't waste your money

Firstly, the furniture we purchased looked great(in showroom) and was not the cheapest available. We bought a modular sofa and dining room set. The dining set appeared to have all wood chairs. They were not. The backs were plastic with cheap paint over them. Within a month the paint was chipping off. I called for service, which they reluctantly agreed the issue was warranted. They ordered parts but they came in the wrong color. They argued this even though it was quite evident. Finally, they re-ordered the correct color but they came in the wrong size. Now I am waiting to see if they get the correct parts but was informed that once the one year warranty is up, I am on my own. Even if the new parts also begin to chip. What cheap garbage and they do not stand by their items. It is not our fault the chairs chipped paint. We should get a full year on the replacement parts. If they cannot even last one year, then they should replace our set or give a credit. Obviously, they choose a bad supplier. Never will purchase here again. Overpriced cheap goods. $1500 for a dining set should last longer than 2 months. Buyer beware.

March 31, 2015 Dear Chief Operating Officer Beck’s Furniture 11840 Folsom Blvd. Rancho Cordova, CA 95741 I would like to take a moment to express my sincere thanks and congratulations on the superior customer service my husband and I were pleased to receive at Beck’s Furniture on Folsom Blvd. We had a very knowledgeable salesperson, Dee Turner, who was especially nice and made us feel that the most important aspect of her job was to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. There was no pressure to buy whatsoever and she treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. Unfortunately we had a minor snafu (problem) with our purchase that was beyond her reach. She referred us to the general manager Mr. Giannini. He was exceptional! He couldn't solve our problem immediately without doing some research first. He called us when he said he would, kept us apprised of his progress and never for an instant made us feel as though we were “problem customers.” He resolved our problem within two days and within that time we received three phone calls from him. What a sincere gentleman! We will be return customers at Beck’s because we feel certain that we can trust them to stand behind their products and ensure the customer is always satisfied. Ordered a beautiful couch set and was set to be delivered within a couple weeks....2 months later and after getting the run around by customer service, they find out the order was never placed and somehow it was our fault for no following up...smh. Avoid this place at all cost.

Went to buy a bedroom set that was on sale for $500 and a mattress. $6k later, the furniture upon delivery is way too big for the room and the queen size temperpedic mattress is too small for the bed frame. The furniture is so heavy, I can't move it. Need to hire movers to just get it out of the house to get rid of it. Last time I buy anything from them.

!!!"HORRIBLE"!!!"HORRIBLE"!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORST RETURN POLICY!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, MONEY, AND TIME>> DON'T SHOP AT BECKS FURNITURE!!! Iwent to Becks furniture and bout a 6peace bedroom set for 899+tax and 699+tax for a queen mattress with out a bottom spring set.+200 for a Bottom spring set plus 79.99 for delivery. A few days latter I came in and bout a sofa for 928.69 and asked them to add it to my first order and to deliver on the same time, they tried to charge me another 79.99 for delivery when I asked the salesman why I am getting charged twice for delivery he said he made a mistake and took it off. Anyways I waited 2 weeks for the delivery of my 6 peace bedroom set witch was suppose to be the bed, nightstand, dresser, mirror, and a 6drawer chest. +mattress, and sofa. They called and said they were going to be at my place on Friday 05/08/15 at 1pm they got to my house at 3:30pm. when they brought everything in to the house I noticed that I am missing my 6drawer chest that was shown to me at the store and the rails were all crooked and deformed also there was 4 support bars that hold the matt and only 3 had center supports one was missing. when I asked the Movers about it they said they don't know anything about it and to call the store. Then they said that they were in a hurry because they had other deliveries left and asked me to sign. The delivery guys left my house at 3:45pm I didn't want to call the store so I drove to the store. I got to Beck's at 4:15 and I went and talked to the sales desk they said they don't know anything about it and nothing that they can do but send an email to customer service witch close at 5:00pm even though store is open till 9pm. At 4:30pm they sent an email to C/M and said to wait a few min to get a call from them. I waited for 15min and called them my self at 4:45. They were VERY RUDE over the phone and said they can't do anything about it and that I shouldn't have signed for it and taken the furniture. When I told them I want to speck to a manager they put LARA FRANSIASCO on the line who was being a TOTAL B!*(H. SO I told them I want to return everything!! LARA told me I have to pay a $300 FEE to return the furniture and about 4:45PM she said that If I don't bring the mattress in by 5:00pm then they will not accept the mattress back!! that was impossible because 5pm was 5 min away and I was in their store talking on the phone with her!! At 5:00 she hanged up on me!! So I went back to the sales desk and asked for who was in charge they told me that all management went home. "WHO WAS MANAGING THE STORE THEN"??? At the desk they told me to come back on Saturday and talk to Travis. The next day I came back to speak to Travis first he said its no problem and that he sent an email customer service and that I should get a call from them! they didn't call so I called them first they told me that LARA made it perfectly clear to me that they wont take my mat back witch was still brand new and in its sealed bag!! Then when I told Travis what C/M said Travis said that he cant help and that he sent an email to RICK who is the GM of the store and that RICK was going to be there on sunday. I also left him a voicemail. Sunday RICK never called me so I went to the store to speak to Rick my self! I got there at noon and they told me that I just missed Rick because he went home! "THEY OPEN AT 11 ON SUNDAY WHY WOULD HE LIVE SO EARLY" Anyways all I got is BAD FURNITURE AT A VERY HIGH PRIVE AND A WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DONT SHOP THERE!!

I purchased a bonded leather sofa 2 years ago. Got a great deal on the purchase excellent quality no complaints delivery was on time an effective.
