March 31, 2015 Dear Chief Operating Officer Beck’s Furniture 11840 Folsom Blvd. Rancho Cordova, CA 95741 I would like to take a moment to express my sincere thanks and congratulations on the superior customer service my husband and I were pleased to receive at Beck’s Furniture on Folsom Blvd. We had a very knowledgeable salesperson, Dee Turner, who was especially nice and made us feel that the most important aspect of her job was to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. There was no pressure to buy whatsoever and she treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. Unfortunately we had a minor snafu (problem) with our purchase that was beyond her reach. She referred us to the general manager Mr. Giannini. He was exceptional! He couldn't solve our problem immediately without doing some research first. He called us when he said he would, kept us apprised of his progress and never for an instant made us feel as though we were “problem customers.” He resolved our problem within two days and within that time we received three phone calls from him. What a sincere gentleman! We will be return customers at Beck’s because we feel certain that we can trust them to stand behind their products and ensure the customer is always satisfied. Sales is fine. But dealing with delivery and customer service is a nightmare. Furniture delivered and was damaged. They couldnt assemble the bed because hardware was missing. Delivery guys excuse for not having shoe cover was thats its not winter. I had to wait 3 days for them to come out and assemble my bed or go buy hardware and do it myself so thats wat I did. Customer service is really customer no service. Its a shame cuz we were going to purchase our living room n dining set from here in a couple of weeks. Dont buy from here

Customer is extremely bad. I bought dinning set, bed ..... from them. They were looking nice. However, few month later, the material just dropped down like dust. I came over, they just promised come over to check it out. but they never came. I called customer service, they promised and didn't call back or showed up. I had to bring to the store by myself. They did a bad job to fix it. It looked very ugly. I am so tired to talk to them. They don't care about customer. My fault was not checking review about this store before came. I hope you shall not fall in my situation. I, my family and my friend never back to this store.

To bad. I have bought from them for many years but I went back after buying from Furniture USA (whom did NOT fail me) Becks has a nice selection but their customer service is HORRIBLE! They don't call back and they don't care! I will NEVER EVER use them again! The furniture I purchased was decent but it was broken when they delivered it and they want to take it to fix it! What? It's a sectional! Then when the tech came to fix it he said he didn't have time, really? Then why the appointment? Why come over? WHY WASTE MY TIME!!!?? I will never ever use them again. You will be wise and not use them either because all it takes is 1 time to have a bad experience and to be stuck with a bad piece of furniture! FURNITURE USA has a ton of furniture, I purchased a kitchen table and chairs but I broke a chair and they replaced it no problem. They called me back within a day they also follow up which is nice. I will go back to FURNITURE USA and I will never go to Becks again...

we decided to buy a sofa and a love seat here, booked it during memorial day, was promised to be delivered in 2 weeks, and after multiple reminder calls that i had to make, finally it was delivered after 6 weeks. guess what, it had a broken armrest, guy who delivered it to us, connected us to the customer representative who said either the entire set can be replaced or they could deliver the spare part in 2 weeks. however we had to call in later to place the order for the replacement part, this time the customer service says it would take 2-4weeks to get the replacement part. it has been close to 4 weeks today, i called back to check the status, they say it would take longer time, the customer service representative had to check with her manager (who is out of office) and call back..and i continue to wait...... what should i call this experience? horrible, pathetic,poor,worst EVER..they never care about customer experience...i would not recommend this place to anyone..ever...and I will NOT visit them back EVER.....

I will never buy another piece of furniture from Beck's again. Their customer service is terrible. They are rude and never call you back. Getting my refund has been over two weeks now. DO NOT SHOP WITH BECK's.

Sad to hear everyone who has had such a terrible experience because ours was incredible! Excellent customer service from the manager Travis. Great deal, good prices, and delivery service was great friendly staff as well. The only down part was I did have to wait for my furniture because they were on back order but that isn't Beck's fault. I was afraid to come back to Beck's after reading all the bad reviews, but we stopped by after being disappointed elsewhere. We found a great deal: a sofa and matching love seat for less than $600. Our salesperson Beth was very friendly and helpful. They weren't pushy to up-sell us on warranties or anything. I'm glad we went there and would certainly check them out first next time.
