"Impermanence is one of the essential doctrines or three marks of existence in Buddhism. The term expresses the Buddhist notion that all of conditioned existence, without exception, is transient, or in a constant state of flux."
Really felt this last night in meditation as this brilliant white light filled my mind and pounded with the sound of each heartbeat.

I would assert that something you claim to have been still and unchangeable is our DNA/RNA. We should then accept the view that natural selection is demonstrable not only in nature but also within our very being. Our DNA is made up of informations that are from our past ancestors and continue on with our state of being. Our blood is the river that nourishes our cellular citizens. The information that comprises the celll is passed on to other cells. Thus, if the river which nourishes our cellular citizens can weaken or die due to lack of nutrients; the composition of the river can change our DNA characteristic. Therefore, everything in life changes with its environment. And that stability itself is a state of death. Absolutely nothing that exist in you is stable.11w
