common-errors: Gain a full suite of #nodejs  Error classes like most other modern languages. 0.4.0 has many new Error types that can append stack traces from asynchronously generated Errors. It also makes it a one-liner to generate your own Error classes.

Many modern languages have a full suite of Error classes. With #common-errors, #nodejs has them as well. You can also very easily generate your own Errors.

Write procedural style code that runs asynchronously. It may look synchronous, but it's not!

- Fully asynchronous, with the option to be synchronous
- Execute asynchronous calls immediately, but wait for the results only at the time you need them
- Allows for try/catch error handling
- instances are subclasses of any class you like
- Easy to read and write

This new node.js control flow library should appeal to those who use async.auto or those who feel that their control flow logic is still difficult to read, follow or maintain.  We are using it at Shutterstock to facilitate a "fat model, skinny controller" MVC design pattern in Express.

Let me know if you think it's cool or you have any interface feedback.
