Introduction
Jeremy Nickel is the Minister of Mission Peak UU Congregation in Fremont, CA.

His spirituality is deeply infused with social justice work, which comes from his core value of the belief in the inherent worth and dignity of all people.

He is a process theologian and understands god not to be a bearded old man in the sky that preordains all events and is perfect and unchanging, but rather as the process of the unfolding of all of creation, and especially the lure that pulls creation towards the most beautiful outcomes.

He sees evil not in people but in structures and systems that must be dismantled through hard work and education in order to free people to be their most beautiful and authentic selves.

He also enjoys a good baseball game, and has learned more about theology from his life-long love affair with the Boston Red Sox than any other source.
