Day 7 Sunday evening. Last night before "rescue". Wayne talks about being thirsty, exhausted and how he's lost weight. He says Hi to Holly & Faith, Jack & Chloe who shouted from the shore but he didn't hear them. Wayne puts the camera out of the liferaft just as the Coastguard Helicopter flies over. He talks about the last Hot Pack meal he had in the afternoon and gives some more thanks to supporters and Great Ormond Street. Donations are still being taken until 18th June: https://www.justgiving.com/Wayne-Ingram-Fundraising/

Day 6 of 4, 7pm Saturday. Wayne shows us what little water he has on the hottest day of the week. He shows us the fish he caught and eats a chunk for us. There's a second chance to see the eyeball eating earlier in the day. Wayne hears the entries to his caption competition. We hear about the song written by Wayne's friend Mark Vine who wrote a song for Wayne sung by The Dolmen.

Day 5 - 7pm video chat with Wayne. We talk about food & water rations for the challenge. Wayne answers questions from Jack, Chloe and Sam Masters. Wayne hears the message (posted below) from Nicola White who stayed in the family accommodation at Great Ormond Street when her son, Hugo was born very ill. All money raised by the challenge is going to keep this accommodation going for families like Hugo's.
