RE# Footage Copyright Information on Gezza1967 YouTube Channel.

G'day to all that have taken the time to have a look at some of the Oz history added to this channel.
When I originally uploaded some of the videos years ago I was under the assumption that a few of the old VHS tapes that were in poor quality maybe potentially lost forever or other uploads others may not be able to access for a number of different reasons.
Due to a number of YouTube positive and grateful comments on some videos I've uploaded, I presumed at the end of the day if people are enjoying great old footage that they perhaps potentially would never of seen unless I uploaded it then that's a good thing.
As some videos I had never seen the footage available anywhere else.
I'm happy to both either simply remove the video altogether if it's effecting someone I'm unaware of or I am happy to request the copyright owner their permission to keep up for others to enjoy.
My entire 1500 uploads are 100% nonprofit and simply to keep old Oz alive in this format.
YouTube have given me basic permission on all footage to be left uploaded as they profit from the advertising on top. Unless of course requested to be removed by the owner or the footage is identified as for example 'Sony owner' to memory which one can either leave uploaded though limits aspects of ones YouTube account I'm led to believe?
All footage that I am potentially requested in the future to remove or explain where the history of ownership lays? I am more than happy to add in the Annotations Editor on the clip or under the description the owners details in bold writing the promotion of where the footage originated from and where the public can purchase or access the footage that maybe available elsewhere.
Where video uploads state they were uploaded to YouTube in 2012, most of them were actually uploaded pre 2010, though I had set the videos to private due to one person asking do I own the copyright on one 3 minute upload. I then set most back to public in 2012 once I got the ok and will do again if and when requested?
In the meantime enjoy the old Australian videos now and the many more to come in the future.
