Did you know February is Children's Dental Health Month?

Happy, healthy smiles start with good habits:
*brushing 2x a day with a fluoridated toothpaste
*daily flossing
*avoiding excess sugary beverages (especially pop and juice)
*visiting the dentist twice a year

Here's a fun activity for kids to help them remember to brush. Print off each month's calendar. Kids can decorate the calendar and mark off their twice daily brushing and flossing. It even has friendly reminders for fun days along the day, so you won't forget "Appreciate a Dragon Day"!
