Good job Prashant, nice article... just one thing needed a little clarification. Homeowners can negotiate and ask for the incentives... but I've never seen it happen with the Chase $20K+ program unless the bank sends them a letter.
Banks, accelerating efforts to move troubled mortgages off their books, are offering as much as $35,000 or more in cash to delinquent homeowners to sell their properties for less than they owe.

Good article Ryan... a must read for real estate agents and even business owners who offer any service.

Short rib tacos with the gringo sauce were good. Will be back to try the ramen burger that my buddy got. He said it was different, but good.

The first two times I went, the service was so-so, but they've since let that server go (sorry, but she got my order wrong 2 for 2!) but since then, every experience has been great. My wife and I frequent both this and their Lehi location for dinner and I come here at least once a week for lunch as its about a mile from my office and it also happens to be the best Thai in the county. My go to is the massaman curry and their satay which is included as an option with the lunch special is awesome. I spend the same or less than I would at a burger joint, but get a fresh, healthy lunch when I come here. The spring rolls are great too with the sauce that comes with it.

Great menu variety and cool people. I love the spicy chicken sandwich with blue cheese and beer battered fries or scones for the side.

Great portions for the price. 2 meat entree can feed two normal sized adults :) If going late, be sure to get there well before closing time. I stopped by at 8:55pm to get a to go order, "Open" sign was still on, doors still unlocked, but food was put away and employees were already cleaning up.

Unfortunately, we found ourselves between homes and our kids starting school and needed a place to stay for a couple weeks. We are so glad we chose to stay here at Home2. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a nice modernish design. This hotel was just completed within the last year and felt like a great value because of how nice it is. The common area felt welcoming and the breakfast was amazing with a great variety of hot/cold foods to choose from and fresh fruit. If you are looking for a place to stay when on business, this can't be beat with a ton of restaurant options within walking distance. From now on when family comes to town to visit, we'll be recommending they stay here due to its great facilities and proximity to all that Thanksgiving Point area has to offer.
