Basic Information
I brought in a Ninja 250 to have its valves done. They parked it in the back and then returned it to me 2 days later with no work done. This was confirmed when the bike stopped starting up a few months later and a friend who checked the valves discovered the fact. C'mon, it's just a 250, why not do the work I paid you for? I also brought in a Ninja 500 to have its chain and sprockets replaced (this was just before I discovered they didn't do the valve job on the 250). They put back on the rear brake assembly the opposite, wrong way. After leaving Cycle Stop, my rear brake seized up on the road and I nearly had an accident. After those two incidents, I am never going there to service my bikes again. The place exudes the strong impression it's the primary caterer of aficionados who like giant, overly-expensive chrome sleds.
