I used to report on lots of scares: cancer epidemics, plane crashes, shark attacks… child kidnappings. I was considered a "guardian angel" by some. Bunk. Our guardian angel is a free and open society that allows gradual progress.  That’s what has given us longer and better lives.  But covering that is a problem because it happens slowly. The plane crash, the fire, the war—that’s easy to cover—the important truths are harder to see.   “Breaking…News” re-airs Sunday at 10PM on Fox News.

Science that lengthens lives, innovation that enhances them, increased tolerance and fewer deaths in wars are great news. But, day by day, reporters barely cover that. Where would we point our cameras?

Why don't you do another of your special segments with science denial scumbags like Matt Ridley or Heartland Institute paid shill James Taylor for your science reporting?  It always reverts 40+ years back to the 70s making ridiculous comparisons to ice age and population bomb hysterics to discredit more than 50 years of climate science.  Like global warming and climate science is the current comparable scare.  And all within the most stupid libertarian argument framework which meshes so well with the op-eds that guys like Sir Matt (who is lucky not to be in prison as a swindler) get published in the WSJ.

When government picks winners, it pats itself on the back -- and gains crony friends in industry. But it creates losers at the same time. #ExImBank

Coming up on O’Reilly Factor, I’ll take on the totalitarian left’s outrage over the #HobbyLobby ruling. I say we should let companies be just as pro-choice as women!

Investigations and scandals are routine in government agencies that hand out big money. But the current Export-Import Bank scandal coincides with a Tea Party push to end corporate welfare. I think the bank should be killed regardless of whether the scandal accusations are true. But if the scandal is the straw that kills the subsidy, good. It’s a first step toward saving America. STOSSEL at 9PM on Fox Business.

Opps, he forgot to mention that "a journalist's perspective" centers on who employes him or her. Since the major networks are owned by corporate giants, controlled by international bankers, they are used to assist those bankers in bringing about the New One World Order.

Leftists claim regulation helps relieve unfairness and poverty. But Hong Kong prospered with almost NO regulation. Property rights and limited government are all you need for prosperity. “The Good NEW Days” re-airs tonight at 10PM on Fox News.

I had no personal insults.  I instead insulted your liberal ideology.  There is a difference.  I called you delusional (because liberal ideas defy any real logic...as does a delusion).

And last I checked, again, your hatred of Fox news (which you assume is all I which, which btw is not true) is showing since you continually claim that they are biased.  They are biased...biased to providing the truth!  Can't say that about CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, or even PBS.

And you're correct, why am I arguing with you since you have proven time and time again that you, sir (and I use that term loosely) are the idiot here.

Unfortunately, bad news happens slowly too.  I can point to 50+ years of slowly marching progressivism in government.

Capitalism is good. But when government steers business to its cronies that’s crony capitalism. I call it Crapitalism. It invites corruption. Fewer than half of the Export-Import Bank's employees think their bosses are ethical. My guest, Tim Carney of the Washington Examiner, explains why government power combined with private profit leads to corruption. “Crapitalism” re-airs tonight at 10PM on Fox News.

Ideology affects more stories than "corporate interests." My ABC bosses leaned left. They liked stories about weird external threats from which government can swoop in to rescue you.
