My husband and I had dinner at this location last night and we really enjoyed ourselves. Our waitress Autumn K was awesome. She knew the menu inside and out and was able to recommend the perfect meal for us. I had the veal with marsala and it was wonderful. The bar service was excellent as well. My drink was never empty long. We will return to this location.

I've been to this location twice and both times we had to wait a long time for our food to come out. The server was very attentive and apologetic which helped but the food was mediocre to say the least. Not sure I will return to this location.

We haven't been to Carrabba's in a couple of years. It used to be fantastic. This time around the server acted as if we were too much trouble. Our boys ordered entrees with sausage. The sausages were definitely previously cooked and reheated for us. They had hard thick crusts and were all dried out, they were terrible. Additionally, my salad was covered in oil, I asked the server if this was balsamic vinegar because it appears to be something else. She didn't even look at the plate and told us it was what I asked for. When we asked for the server to look into the sausages, we didn't hear anything until we were paying the bill and the server said we were "comp"ed a piece of cake. Unless this place changes, do not go, it is not worth the risk of over priced meals that are disappointing.

Just left the restaurant and had to send a thank you to Katie, Mark and Bob. My veal chop was excellent and I appreciate your "passion" and re-heating Jimmie's lobster ravioi. Food, service and we have had in a long time. We will be back soon. Will and Jimmie

Matt owner / manager at the 312 Saint Augustine restaurant was awesome! The meal he help plan for my 60th birthday party was perfect and delicious. The customer service from ordering dinner to putting it in my car was outstanding. My guests and I will definitely order from Matt again! Thank you Katleen Ryan

This was the worst experience I've ever had at Carrabbas. The hostess was very rude, the waiter also had a huge party which would have gratuity added to their bill so we only seen him 3 times. He brought out check while we were still eating and I couldn't even get my card to pay before he was trying to take it back!! The Manager was very nice, but that was the only decent thing about the whole experience.

I have to give this one a three star. Was not really pleased with the service or the food. I guess I am use to the other Italian restaurant. You don't get all the salad you want. It cost extra and is pretty expensive. The food has small servings and just did not taste like real Italian food. Did not get any smiles out of the waitress, maybe just a bad night for her. I would pass on this one unless you just have to eat here.

My wife and I made an agreement to eat at Carabbas for our first night on the town. I had never been to one before so I thought it would not be a bad place to try out. I am thoroughly impressed. Superb service and atmosphere. Erica was our waitress and she was beyond excellent. After a few beers I am feeling great and ready to call it a night. WORTH YOUR MONEY!
