Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your stay on Google.
We deeply regret that you were unhappy with your stay at the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol. Thank you for your feedback on our Wi-Fi connection and media equipment. Please be assured that we will exchange some of the media equipment in 2016. Concerning the Wi-Fi, we will certainly address the issues with our IT department. Also, thank you for your feedback on our spa area and restaurant service. We will discuss the points of criticism internally.
As we believe that feedback is the only way to improve, we greatly appreciate your comment. Still, we would be happy to welcome you back to the hotel again some day in order to convince you of the quality and standards at our hotel
