Service was good but the food was horrible compared with the other carrabba's I've been to. Chicken was cold, pasta tasted like it was made hours ago, and hardly any sauce on the dish. Went back to give a second chance and same thing. Maybe my expectations too high from the other carrabba's I've been to.

ive been here twice and the first time was ok. the staff was very friendly and helpful. and when hearing it was our first time the manager came over to see how it was and gave us a free dessert. the second time we went it was VERY packed but got seated in 10 mins. our waitress was VERY nice and the food was soo good I was drooling. AMAZING place to go for a date and the hubby loves it VERY much

I've been to this Carraba's a number of times and have found the food to be of high quality. It is much easier to enjoy the atmosphere if one goes early, as I did with my group late this afternoon. We had a great time, excellent service and delicious food, but by the time we left, it was standing room only and very loud. Such is the price of popularity.

When the meal begins with asking the server if the veal is any good and the response is "I'm an animal activist - I don't eat veal", you can pretty well figure it's going to be all downhill from there!! Suffice to say it ended with the waiter asking if it was a special occasion and when told yes, a birthday, we were presented with a dessert menu for a free birthday dessert - only to have him return moments later to say they had reached their quota of free birthday desserts for the day, "Sorry!" REALLY??? There is actually more, but it only matters that we'll NEVER be back!!!

LOVE Carrabba's yummy in my tummy! Excellent Italian food for a chain. In my opinion it blows Olive Garden out of the water. My favorite is the Chicken Bryan with fettuccine. Good service, stays crowded on weekends but the wait is never too long. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.

Our nephew requested his birthday dinner to be at Carrabba's and Management and staff at the Johnson City location were incredibly rude throughout dinner once they were informed by us that they forgot to seat our group (we had reservations) but still waiting for 1.5 hours. We travel for work and as a result eat all throughout the US. Who knew our worst eating experience ever would be in our home town. '
