We stayed in room 1028 for a wedding at the hotel. The wedding was amazing. We looked forward to sleeping in. Unfortunately that didn't happen. I was awakened at 8:0am by the room connected to mine. Apparently the hotel has thin walls and the beds are not very stable, because my need started shaking pretty hard at 8. I thought it was an earthquake at first or that I was dreaming. Then I felt it again. I can only imagine what the neighbors were doing to make my bed shake. For a hotel or the caliber, you expect better construction. So after be woken up to early, we message our way down to the restaurant for breakfast. Bad choice. My husband ordered the juevos rancheros, no cheese and I ordered the basic breakfast with lightly poached eggs. We waited half on hour for our food to come out. When it finally got there, eggs eyes hard poached and my husband was another's with cheese. We left. I don't think we would return to hotel if we are looking for a relaxing trip.

Service was great. We got our room on an early check in and our expectations were met. We went for the 4th of July fireworks at the Queen Mary and having the hotel directly across was extremely convenient. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was nice and courteous, and the pace just looks nice; great gym. It's close to many bars and restaurants, and is across the street from an outdoor outlet mall and the Laugh Factory; also connected to the convention center.

One of the coolest hotels in the area of greater Los Angeles. Staff is always helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. I miss a little bit of a bigger/better gym, which would make this hotel perfect.

Service was average, nothing above and beyond lIke I'd usually see from a Hyatt. Room was adequate. Parking is pricey. Walking distance from the beach, shops, and aquarium. I payed the same for the Hyatt Regency in Newport Beach which had a better room, more to do in the area, tons of complementary amenities, a waterslide, and amazing friendly service.

We would take a vacation from work just to stay at this hotel again. It is very well located. Everyone was so wonderful and helpful. Travis recognizing us as returning guests, and treating us with such appreciation for choosing his hotel again on our way back through, was something we'll never forget. Thank you!
