Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean upon arrival and loved that the Starbucks was right downstairs in the lobby. Would love to stay here again.

Attended several sessions and events during the AIAA Space 2016 conference here. The main ballroom is expansive and well decorated without distracting from the main event. The staff during a luncheon were swift and courteous. The facilities were modern, clean, and convenient. The in house restaurant has a great breakfast buffet which brought me back several times.

We stayed in room 1028 for a wedding at the hotel. The wedding was amazing. We looked forward to sleeping in. Unfortunately that didn't happen. I was awakened at 8:0am by the room connected to mine. Apparently the hotel has thin walls and the beds are not very stable, because my need started shaking pretty hard at 8. I thought it was an earthquake at first or that I was dreaming. Then I felt it again. I can only imagine what the neighbors were doing to make my bed shake. For a hotel or the caliber, you expect better construction. So after be woken up to early, we message our way down to the restaurant for breakfast. Bad choice. My husband ordered the juevos rancheros, no cheese and I ordered the basic breakfast with lightly poached eggs. We waited half on hour for our food to come out. When it finally got there, eggs eyes hard poached and my husband was another's with cheese. We left. I don't think we would return to hotel if we are looking for a relaxing trip.

The service is great. The main lobby is very nice with an open floor plan and a Lego table for the kiddos. There are public computers. Ask for toys for the kiddos at the front desk. The pool is equipped with pool toys for the kiddos. The room service is great. The people make the place better than it could be. I gave three stars due to the layout of the place. The buildings and rooms have an odd design, meant for looks rather than comfort, or ease of use. I could not find a good place to plug in the coffee maker. There were not enough trash receptacles. We had fun, and the customer service was great.

Service was great. We got our room on an early check in and our expectations were met. We went for the 4th of July fireworks at the Queen Mary and having the hotel directly across was extremely convenient. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

It's a nice hotel at a great location, but it's not worth the extra expense and is not the place for families. We requested an early check-in weeks in advance and they said they would have our rooms together. Upon arrival they acted like having our rooms together was brand new information and we didn't get an early check-in. They did hold our luggage, but they wouldn't let us use the cart without the assistance of a bellman. In the future we'll stay somewhere that charges less and offers more (e.g. free shuttle and breakfast).
