I reserved a studio for my wife and I for 3 nights and we were completely satisfied with our choice we did of choosing to stay here. Hyatt Regency is also nice but it was a bit more expensive and it wasn't a studio it was a little room. Very nice view of Queen Mary, Harbor and downtown Long Beach. Price is reasonable and breakfast wasn't bad at all. They have good breakfast. Very clean inside the hotel, good customer service and housing keeping does a good job on picking up. I definitely recommend Residence Inn if you plan on staying in downtown Long Beach.

Nice location, comfortable room, and a good happy hour. In room ac is loud, but tolerable. Meets my expectations for this class.

Hotel staff is awesome and helpful. Clean and spacious rooms, with either a view of the queen Mary or a entertaining boat ramp! The location is great if you like to walk off your meal. If you would like to ride the free passport bus then sit back and relax as it takes you to your meal and brings you back.

Wow. Full kitchen with real dishes and cutlery, a full fridge, etc. Comfortable beds and couches/chairs, excellent shower head. Everything you'd want for breakfast, as well as an evening social hour with snacks, sodas, free beer/wine. An outstanding back patio with fireplace and large glass partitions along the water side to block the wind but not the view from both the patio and pool. Best of all, its on the end of the pier. A couple of restaurants within walking distance along with the Queen Mary. But the need to have to drive over a bridge to get here keeps the riff raff out. Really, really enjoyed my stay here. The only thing that would put someone off is that same bridge. You have to cross it to get to downtown. It's a 3 minute drive, and plenty of parking when you get there. Will definitely try to stay here again if in the same vicinity. A perfect place if I need to be here 2 days or more. Friendly, helpful staff. Just a great experience.

Complimentary breakfast was great, probably the best hotel coffee so far. Paying $17 to park at a hotel that I already paid to stay at doesn't make much sense. Jacuzzi was pretty filthy. Also, if you plan on getting a late check out, I suggest trying earlier than 8:20 am of the day you plan to leave, as apparently the hotel was not able to accommodate any more guests at the time I called.

One of the best hotels I've been to. I visited briefly during spring break and they upgraded me to a larger room (albeit gold status) directly overlooking the bay and were very courteous during check in. Breakfast was the best I've ever had. One small complaint was that the room, while very nice had a slight scent which I assume was the cleaning solution they used.

Stayed here 1 night and it was amazing. Very different from the typical Residence Inn. Way more modern!
