The Sydney Ninja Warrior Games - Round 3 was hosted by Matty K and held at FiveStarFitness over the weekend. It was a brutal course in two grueling stages... did anyone finish, who hit the podium, and who is placed to take out the whole darn series in the very last round next?

Please let me know if I'm posting too much...

I've written a post about training soreness, and I'd love to know if other ninjas train until they are sore... or if they deliberately hold back so they can train the next day? There are so many areas that I need to work on and I'm finding the consequent downtime from soreness a bit of a hindrance. Wrote a post about what I mean, would love to hear your thoughts:

I'm genuinely curious... do you guys train until you're sore the next day (DOMS) or are you at a place where you don't get sore anymore?

I've got back into training after a month of travelling... and I am so sore and so exhausted... is that okay?

The Aussie Ninja gets back into ninja training, and is consequently so sore and exhausted... which begs the questions:

Do you chase DOMS in your training? If you don't feel sore the next day do you feel like you haven't trained hard enough, or is a more consistent approach better to gain strength?
