I started here with Pre-Natal yoga in 2011 and loved every minute of it. I returned for "Mom and Baby yoga" and Hatha yoga after that. And in 2013 I was back in Pre-Natal. I've tried other studios in the past and only been disappointed. I'll never go to another studio again!

I recently finished a 3 part Primordial Sound Meditation class at the Ayurvedic Path. I had been interested in learning to meditate for some time and decided to try Michelle's class. I am so glad I did! Thanks to Michelle's teaching and guidance, I have made meditation part of my daily practice and I really feel wonderful for doing it. I highly recommend this class.

I took Prenatal Yoga classes with Michelle and it was wonderful. I truly believe that i had a back pain free pregnancy because of these classes. And Michelle is a fantastic instructor, knowledgeable, compassionate and truly an amazing person.

I heart Prenatal Yoga with Michelle at the Ayurvedic Path! I have attended other classes in No. VA and kept coming back to this one. Highly recommended for fisrt time mommas. One of my favorite parts of the class was beginning with introductions and chatting with the other mothers about their pregnancy. As a first time momma, it meant a lot to me to have support like this and have a chance to connect with other pregnant women. Michelle also picks a pregnancy/birth topic to discuss each class which was again very helpful to me personally as a first timer. She made some great book recommendations as well! I strongly believe that maintaining my yoga practice throughout my pregnancy helped me go within and try to center and focus during labor and delivery. What an intense experience! I can't imagine not having had the mental and physical tools I gained from this class.

I joined Michelle's studio for Prenatal Yoga at about 20 weeks. I was a bit reluctant the first time (only did yoga once before that). I left feeling so good and my back no longer tingled. This class has helped me stay active and pain free this far into my pregnancy and i am looking forward to utilizing what i have learned during labor. I also loved the couples prenatal class and would highly recommended it :). Michelle is a great instructor and super helpful and knowledgeable. The studio is cozy and location is very convenient.

Great studio and great instructor. Prenatal yoga classes are very helpful, relaxing and preparing for your labor day. You will feel attention and very positive atmosphere. Even though it is far for me, I am still taking classes there, not in other studios

I am so thankful for Michelle and her Ayurvedic Lifestyle consultations. I started going to Michelle about 2 years ago due to a number of gastrointestinal issues and gluten intolerance. Her guidance and in-depth consultations have helped me regulate my health and maximize the benefits of my already healthy lifestyle. Ayurveda requires an open mind, but the benefits are like no other. Thanks, Michelle.

The Ayurvedic Path has given me balance in my crazy/stressful life of work + kids + family. I have been coming to yoga class with Michelle for almost 2 years now and I couldn't imagine my life without her. She is a wonderful yoga teacher and incorporates lessons of balance and harmony with her practice. Classes are small and intimate and I leave every class refreshed, centered, and happy. I would highly recommend her class to anyone looking for yoga or meditation classes. For anyone new to yoga or meditation, she is a great place to start!
