Here's the last post on my blog, a fantastic sauce for pasta: red mullet, fresh rucola and fresh piccadilly tomatoes.
The sauce is very easy and tomatoes are row and seasoned in advance. If you have no time for making homemade squid ink pasta-tagliatelle you can buy it to the shop. It's my fav sauce for "black" pasta, try it and let me know, I'm sure your mouth will dance! For any question please comment on the blog, I'll answer you very very very quick.

Here all the tips to obtain a really crispy sage and this fantastic sauce. It's very fast (you can make it while cooking pasta) and "simple", but you've to respect the right steps. Wednesday's come and Spring is in the air! I woke up full of optimism preparing an easy, fast and yummy no bake cool and creamy dessert in a glass. Here's the recipe and video. A fluffy consistence added to the yogurt aftertaste. Everything dissolves in your mouth leaving the flavour of berries.
