Check your emails, this is with regard to in app purchase refunds, beforehand in app purchases wasn't tied to your Google account meaning companies could charge you inside an app with no cool off period and if it was done by mistake by a minor.... tough luck .

Dear Google Play customer,

We emailed you in December regarding refunds made available in line with Google’s agreement with the FTC.

Unfortunately, we discovered since then that the refund request form did not correctly display all potentially eligible purchases for your account at that time.

We’re reaching out again to let you know that this issue is resolved, and the refund request form now correctly displays all in-app purchases on your account that may be eligible for a refund.

We encourage you to use the link below to review potentially eligible purchases on your account again and submit a request for any that were the result of unauthorized purchases by a minor.

To submit a refund request:

Use this link to sign into your Google account and review your in-app purchase history.
Select any in-app purchases that were unauthorized purchases made by a minor and click “Refund.”
Provide the requested information for any in-app purchases selected and click “Submit.”
If you’ve already requested refunds for some potentially eligible purchases, you don’t need to request refunds for those same purchases again. Your previous requests are still valid._

However, if you’ve identified new potentially eligible purchases -- or if you’re uncertain which purchases you requested refunds for in the past -- feel free to submit an additional request. We will ensure any duplicate requests are merged appropriately.

If you have any questions about refund eligibility, please refer to this FAQ.

Thank you,
The Google Play Team

1 in 4 Chrome users ignore security warnings which roughly equates to 1 in 10 internet users ignore security warnings.

I have personally ignored some security warnings because I'm an outlaw like that. ☺
We often click and dismiss the warnings our computers give us, rather than acting on them. Worryingly, the reasons may be hardwired into our brains

Sony's specs use "holographic waveguide technology" in 3mm AR lenses to display information directly in your line of sight.

"In some instances, ATMs were instructed to dispense cash without having to locally interact with the terminal."

Basically banks network was hacked so that ATM's  dispensed cash by themselves at given times under the hackers instructions, people were then sent to the location where the cash was being dispensed from the ATM, not a single person set foot inside a bank, they also have control over the CCTV over the ATM.
The Carbanak cybercrime gang could be responsible for stealing up to $1 billion from as many as 100 banks in 30 countries, researchers at Kaspersky Lab said.

I'm also going to give a round of applause to the security guard because she didn't look right from the off and he followed her.

She knew what she was doing, she could see the mother wasn't looking.

Get Free Play Store credit with Chromecast, it says $6 but I redeemed £5 ($7.62) it also gave me the first X-Men movie, 3 months sub to Now TV and 90 days of Google's unlimited music, that was for me but it might have slightly different offers for you.

Open the Chromecast app on your phone, select your Chromecast then hit the 3 dot menu tab in the top right corner and select 'check for offers'

To use the Chrome browser from your computer read the article, enjoy.☺

Interested in current affairs and all things electronic, If it has an electrical pulse, I am interested. Reusable technology is my main focus or innovative ways of reusing older tech in order to use today effectively. Another interest is ancient history, legends and myths which leads to why we do things, I am amazed at the lack of understanding of ancient peoples, education tries to show the past as not having or using the same intellect as we use today, yet time and time again mainstream science has difficulty in explaining what we did in the past, ......And last but not least trucks, I like trucks, big trucks.... split gears, changing blocks, 18 wheels of goodness, you name it I like it, I drive it (Fifth wheel is my last name, don't get yet? When you hook up a trailer to the truck its attached to the Fontaine clip aka fifth wheel) 😀
