I'd leave a nice review, But upon asking if they delivered to my location, Which they don't unless you want to spend an amount that they agree with, They hang up on you... Guess I won't be able to even try the food since they don't want my business. Would've drove out there if I didn't think I'd get the door slammed in my face next.

I have not ordered a take out from this restaurant in over 5 years because of orders never being correct. I recently decided to give them another try, and yet again I brought my pizza home and did not receive what I ordered. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I had been to Wooster Ttreet Pizza a few years prior and LOVED the food and don't remember the service being bad at all.... I wanted to share the deliciousness with my boyfriend who had never been so we popped in on a Wednesday (i.e. not busy) night. We stood by the "please wait to be seated" sign for about five minutes, and when the girl arrived to seat us all she said was, "two?" and walked away with two menus, plopped them on an open table, and walked away. No, "Please follow me," or "Welcome," or even a smile.... We then proceeded to wait about 20 minutes at the table without a single person acknowledging us. I finally got up and went to speak to the manager... I told her we were leaving but just wanted to give her a heads up that we had waited almost half an hour for some good service and good food from the time we walked in... No significant response. Being in customer service can be tough and tiring... I am in it myself... But we were pleasant and just wanted some beer and pizza! I'm super bummed by this experience..

Sometimes Wooster is blow your mind great and sometimes it is a little tough. Monday night all you can eat pizza and wings can be disappointing as pizza gets tough the longer it sits. So unless you're a big family, you get the pizza they made whenever they made it. And you have to plow through the pizza to get more wings. That can be rough. So sometimes we go there just for the wings alone. Which are fantastic! Addictive! The garlic parm are killer good. Salads are okay. Entrees are not good, pretty terrible but they are mostly fresh and won't kill you but they sure won't make you a believer that Wooster St is an Italian restaurant. It's like someone who specializes in cafeteria food decided to make Italian food. They've got all the fresh ingredients at hand, so they could do a LOT better in that dept. The house iced tea more often than not is DISGUSTING. UNFRESH - and tastes nasty. If you want a cup of coffee - don't do it. If you want tea, the water tastes like their coffee. The sodas are okay. It's a mixed bag but mostly delicious if you stick with: GREAT PIZZA right out of the oven. GREAT WINGS. They have a good dough. So anything other than the favorites like pizza, calzone, wings and a salad on the side would not be a good choice. Go for what they're known for because if you want Italian food, you're going to wish you hadn't.

First, when we arrived (on a slow Tuesday night) and signed up on the waiting list, we noticed there were five empty booths. However we waited for 15+ minutes. And instead of seating the line of people at the door, the "host" walked around, did some table cleaning, and generally ignored us. When we finally did get seated, at the same time as all the other tables, our drink order was messed up. Then our first meal came out with the server holding the plate against his chest- against his t-shirt. Not sanitary. Then the second of three meals was delivered five or so minutes later. Lastly, my meal finally arrived after another 5+ minutes. The first person in our party was already done eating. What ever happened to meals being served at the same time? The place was dirty, slow, and just plain disappointing. I doubt I'll return.

Good pizza. Good baked wings but regular wings are all meat and no crisp or taste. Most sandwiches are also solid.
