Is your building not strong enough to support a wall mounted lift? Are you working with a timber frame building? No problem.

Our exclusive FX structure is designed to give you flexibility, as well as reducing building time and costs. We can supply a lift in its own structure, instead of using a conventional wall-mounted configuration. Unique to Stannah, the FX structure comprises a 'shaft within a shaft'. Erected by our engineers, it incorporates a lifting beam and negates the need for scaffolding within the shaft – saving both time and money on site.

A Lift Odyssey – Stannah’s Piccolo Passenger Lift Stars in NEW Low Carbon District Energy Centre!

A showstopping monolith has landed on London’s Greenwich Peninsula. As in Stanley Kubrick’s 1968 epic sci-fi film, 2001: A Space Odyssey, it heralds pivotal progress. It’s the ‘optic cloak’, the 49-metre architectural flue stack of the new Low Carbon District Energy Centre, the largest residential new-build district heating system in Europe.

It’s also fitting that a Stannah Piccolo lift stars in this sustainable and affordable energy flagship - http://hubs.ly/H06kbj40
