Great stay, very convenient location by the market, rooms were clean and spacious, convenient breakfast with nice selection. GREAT STAFF, very friendly and helpful. A very heartfelt thank you to Richard in particular, who found my purse that I forgot in the breakfast room and returned it, for which I was extremely grateful!!

I really enjoyed my experience. The rooms were nice and the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. One staff member, James went out of his way to open the pool a little early for me because I had gotten the opening time incorrect. He also fixed the hot tub that seemed to be malfunctioning and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciated the service of this individual and the staff at the Hampton Inn.

GREAT! Super friendly young lady at front desk. Very helpful and together, the morning staff didn't seem to be nearly as competent as she was. He was a bit of a mess...maybe overwhelmed with a full hotel and guests leaving to airport. I had a great experience after being stuck during a snow storm and cancelled flight. Rooms were super large and pretty clean. Had an odd situation and they accommodated us. So thankful for the ease after the travel day we had.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Even though AERA sold out the city, they were never too busy to answer a question. Steven helped alot!! My tv stopped working in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and someone came to take a look and replaced the tv right away. The location puts you right next to the convention center and a quick 15 minute walk from great restaurants, bars and fun. You're even closer to the Terminal Market which is fun if you want to check out the local fare. Free WiFi and breakfast, who could ask for more?

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to many local venues and restaurants. I especially like the staff. They are SO very helpful and friendly. They treat us like long lost friends every time we return. Raz is so sweet, it is always good to see his smiling face. It is something when one of the housekeepers calls you by name. That bleew me away. Kudos to Celeste! The only thing missing is a microwave oven and a raefrigerator in the room. Keep up the good work!

The staff was kind, area was good, room seemed good, free breakfast wasn't bad (albeit horribly unhealthy)...but I can't give this a good review because MY ROOM HAD BED BUGS and now I'm covered in tons of itchy, swollen bites...For such a high price, I would expect better. So displeased. And itchy.
