Great looking hotel. Service is kind of slow. We reserved a conference room and I had to call 3 times for water...ended up buying bottles as pitchers never came.

I booked 10 months in advance.... Arrived and was told that they over booked my room and offered my a different lesser style room... And then my coworker arrived the day after and got the king size bed room I had wanted. I thought booking early would mean something... Obviously not. Then the conference was continually out of coffee in the morning... Bad planning. And the one coffee I got at 11 was horrible... Tasted like dirty water. My room was also missing a shower curtain. They did resolve that quickly after calling about it. The place is big and confusing to get around... They did have someone hired to help people navigate which is cool. Overall, not impressed for the price I am paying. That's why I am giving the low score.

The relaxing, calming aspects of the atmosphere once you arrive inside from the bustle of Downtown New Orleans. Comfortable top-notch amenities. Oh, and check out the beers at Vitascope Hall!

Room clean but small bathroom. Comfy bed, great views of the city. Really appreciated multiple electrical outlets in convenient places throughout room. New touchpad elevator system seems to be confusing guests and there's not really any instructions displayed. Did not use enough guest services to provide comment.

Great experience for a quick overnight trip, situated perfectly for views of the super dome. French quarter is only a 5 min walk away, so ideal for first timers to NOLA. Elevator system can be a bit confusing but the main entryway/foyer is beautifully decorated and staffed. Very large rooms that are well appointed for corporate events - would definitely recommend for functions or meetings. Partner lover our accommodation as it was very modern/contemporary in decor, however travellers who are looking for more french/new Orleans - flavoured decor may want to look elsewhere.

Great clean hotel with nice views. Stayed here for business with Entergy. Connects without having to walk outside in the humidity. Would stay again. Good food options as well.

Nice stay and hotel. Toom sheet had a stain. I called front desk and no one replaced it. Other than the non happy hour and food rippoff. Everything was ok.
