Sometimes there’s nothing better than a relaxing night in, even when you are on holiday! Tonight we are giving our bodies the chance to rest and we’re choosing one of the DVDs from the communal shelf at La Crisalida. There are a lot of topics to choose from including food and juice, meditation, yoga, health, mindset and nutrition!
