I am so elated that you had the chance to stay in a room with a view! It is certainly breathtaking and I am glad that you enjoyed it! I am also glad that you had such pleasant experiences with our great staff. They work very hard and I will be sure to inform them that their efforts do not go unnoticed!
I do apologize that you did have some negative experiences during your stay. We pride ourselves in owning our own garage and it is not uncommon to pay for parking in a metropolitan area. I assure you that we regularly check competitive pricing to stay up-to-date with our parking prices.
