I would give them zero stars if it was possible. I purchased my Jeep Cherokee in November 2014 from Tyson Voll. When I purchased my Jeep I was told I would receive 2 fob keys which they told me were worth $300 each. After I signed the paperwork I was told the 2nd fob key was broken and they would have to order a new one because they didn't have anymore in stock. They asked me to return in a week and assured me they would take care of the issue. I returned a week later only to be told they received more fob keys but gave them all away and didn't have anymore. While I was annoyed because I live half an hour from the dealership I chalked it up to a simple mistake. They asked me to return in another week but I told them this was not possible because I was going to be in Ohio for work for the foreseeable future. I asked them if they could mail me the key fob to my address in Ohio but they declined and said I could get the key cut and programmed at a local dealership in Ohio and they would pay for it or I could pay for it and get reimbursed. I decided to wait till the next time I was back in California which was June 2015. I finally was able to get my key fob from Ozzy Rios but my Jeep was still in Ohio. Ozzy told me that I could take the key fob to my local dealership in Ohio to have it programmed and that I could either have that dealership call Premier Chrysler Jeep of Placentia to have them pay for it or I could pay for it and then send them the receipt and they would send me a check. I was fine with this solution. So August 2015 I was able to get an appointment at the Jeep dealership in Ohio to have them cut and program the key. After they cut and programmed the key the Jeep dealership in Ohio called Premier Chrysler Jeep of Placentia several times to try to get a card from them to pay for the key but nobody would answer the phone. So I ended up paying what ended up being $30 for the key to be cut and programmed. I then e-mailed both Tyson Voll and Ozzy Rios and sent them a copy of the receipt. Tyson responded that same day saying he would ask his boss how they wanted to handle it.......and that was the last I ever heard from Tyson Voll. Over the next 3 weeks I e-mailed Tyson Voll 3 more times asking for an update on the situation but got no response. How hard is it to respond to a simple e-mail? Apparently too difficult for anybody over at Premier Chrysler Jeep of Placentia. I also left two messages with their receptionist asking for Tyson to please call me back and got no response. Finally after a month of no response I called and asked for Tyson's boss and was passed along to Debbie Pepper, one of the managers. I explained to Debbie the situation and she asked me to forward along my e-mail chain with Tyson and she would get the situation resolved the next day. I forwarded her the e-mails and she even responded confirming that she would call me back the next day......and that was the last I ever heard from Debbie Pepper despite calling twice in the next week and being told by the receptionist that Debbie was busy and would return my call ASAP. So now it is January of 2016, having not heard from anybody at Premier Chrysler Jeep of Placentia since November 2015 and I resort to posting this review on Facebook/Yelp/any other review site because I'm sick of being jerked around by Premier Chrysler Jeep of Placentia. It's not even that much money, it's $30 but it's the principle of the matter. On top of all that, I find it ironic that back in November 2014 when I purchased my Jeep, while waiting with my mom and grandmother for the finance department to finish the paperwork Tyson Voll decided to go on some spiel about how Premier Chrysler Jeep of Placentia had recently re-opened and was under new ownership and how the new owner was Christian and instilling Christian ideals in the new dealership (which side note to Tyson made my family really uncomfortable). Well Tyson it's not very Christian of you and Premier Chrysler Jeep of Placentia to steal my $30. I will not recommend this dealership to any friends and family.
