Staff was friendly and helpful and willing to politely answer any questions I had. The work performed was a 4 wheel alignment and I have no complaints. Others that have commented on the swearing and dog are accurate. There were some "regulars" or maybe family/friends of some sort that came in and out while I was there that where a little less than professional with their language. They had a dog that strolled in but personally neither of the above bothered me. The dog was friendly and didn't pose any issues. I've worked in repair shops and have been around others with the exact same enviroment so the "little things" here didn't phase me. At the end of the day I just want my car fixed properly and quickly. They did that. Just my opinion but I was OK with the entire experience.

We would love to pass everyone the first time on state inspections, but we have requirements that must be met. The tires on the vehicle were the first concern, we showed the customer the concern, and he stated he was going to bring the vehicle back to where the tires were installed hoping to get a discount being they only have 10,000 miles on them, but we explained that the problem with the tires was do to the vehicle needing a wheel alignment. All the other items were explained and reviewed with the customer. We try to show the customers the concerns so they will have a better understanding of what the vehicles need. Last thing is I can not control the inspection process at other shops, but we go by the book which upsets a small number of customers, but part of our job is to ensure the vehicles we inspect are NOT a safety concern on the roads we all use. The customer was a little upset so we even gave him the option of calling the state to see if the state would authorize passing the vehicle which he declined. In order to ensure we have proper documentation we started taking pictures of concerned areas in case a concern comes up in the future.

I am from CT and was travelling on I-78 to PA 100 towards Pottstown when a tire blew and the battery went dead. After AAA got me going again temporarily, I began to look for a place to get a new tire and battery when I spotted this Meineke. It was around 4:30 in the afternoon and I was afraid they would be soon closing for the day and not be able to help me. To my surprise, I was greeted with a smile and handshake by the owner Will Randell who immediately had my car up on a lift. The tire was beyond repair and the battery was totally dead...only the alternator was keeping it running. Jerika found a place that had an inexpensive tire to get me back on the road. Within 60 minutes I had a new battery and tire installed and I was on my way. I found the customer service to be exceptional. I was from out of state and was treated like an "old" friend by Will and Jerika. They did not advantage of an out of state motorist in trouble. If I lived nearby, I would definitely take my car here for repairs. The next day on my way back to CT, I noticed my other tire was extremely low when I stopped for gas in Emmaus....probably a slow leak around the seal from hitting a famous PA pot I stopped once more at Meineke before getting on I-78 and within 15 minutes they had it resealed and a new valve installed. Thanks to everyone, I made it safely back to CT. You are all great and the next time I'm passing through Emmaus I will stop by to say hello! Take care and keep up the great work! Ed

On multiple occasions they have charged a customer for a service but the service was never provided, such as a tire rotation, balance check, or vehicle alignment. Not only that but they will pass your vehicle for a safety inspection without performing the inspection. So long as the vehicle passes emissions tests on the computer, they will slap stickers on the vehicle without performing the necessary duties of PA State Inspection. A customer witnessed this first hand from the waiting room and when they asked the owner/manager about it, he fed them a lie saying because their car was a 2013 they weren't required to perform the duties of a Safety Inspection. Not only do they steal and cheat their customers, the young man whom says he runs the shop is the most unprofessional person to run a shop. He drops the 'F' bomb every other word along with other offensive words against women and mentally handicapped people. He also treats his employees like slaves.

I will never return. The car itself was fine as was the work. However, the young man at the desk provided a horrible customer service job. The f word left his mouth many times. He said several other inappropriate things. They brought in a dog that I told them I was allergic to. They did remove it- into the shop- and then brought it back. When I told them I had to step out because my eyes were watering over the dog, they did nothing. I actually talked to the corporate headquarters. They apologized but I never heard from the place in Emmaus.

We're from out of town and our brakes were blown. The owner was wonderful, helped us without trying to jipp us out of money, and taught us about what was happening to the car and parts. Great prices and honest work.

I found the right place to take care of my cars. There service is on the money, accommodating, and most of all friendly. As a veteran, I take full advantage of the specials they donate to us. Bill and Will not only care about their business, they care about the community they live in. They go the extra mile, and I'm glad I found an honest mechanic to take care of my cars. And while you're there, say "hi" to Maxie and Skittles.
