Don't forget to drink! Because your body will sweat as a safeguard to control the temperature of the body, it’s imperative that you do your part and focus on proper hydration, caloric and electrolyte needs in order to keep your body in good health as you train to maximize performance.

THE tour will begin shortly. we are reminded to the typical climbing style lance used to distance his rivals. however controversial he was (and is) he was constantly on the look for innovative and intelligent ways to improve hie form and his race strategy. his climbing technique was such and often made a difference. 2PEAK has analyzed it here:
