Used to love this place as a kid. Now it's just ok. Sometimes I like to go just play in the arcade for a few hours, they have a good selection of games. The prices there are eh. Fun place for kids and family outings

Fun, fun, fun! My husband and I both agree that this is the most awesome mini-golf place we have ever been to. Love the courses, love the castle theme of the place. The price was equivalent with all of the other putt putt places we have ever been to, and the workers were friendly. We look forward to many future outings here!

My family arrived at Golf N Stuff on a Saturday morning to find that the entire facility was shut down for the whole day and only accessible to attendees of a private party. I realize they are in business to make money, but a Saturday? I'm not sure who is more inconsiderate to other Tucsonians, Golf N Stuff or the self centered people who removed miniature golf from everyone's agenda in Tucson on a Saturday. This place needs competition and less support from Tucsonians.

This place keeps getting worse and worse. Their food is awful. Their go karts and bumper boats are disappointing and over priced. About 70% of their arcade games are on the edge of broken (half of them are but they sure aren't labeled as so) and their ticket/prize ratios are outrageous. I came in here yesterday, after a while of not going, happy to see that they have a semi working DDR X2 machine (only the left side pads work well) with usb ports. Today I spent about an hour looking for my usb with all my old edits on it, psyched to play some rocking songs, bought a couple bucks in tokens and BAM the usb ports don't work. I should have seen it coming. Asked for a refund on the tokens and they refused. Decided to play some games for tickets and they didn't feed from the Wheel of Fortune game, which was also apparently out of order. I am so frustrated with this place. Even my little 6 yr old nephew was bored the last time I brought him. I have no idea what laser tag is like considering its about 7 bucks to play in a blow up room, again over priced. If you want to have a decent time try Fantastics. (which isn't all the much better, but still better than here.)

Where to start... So this past Saturday night, I made plans to take my Nephew and his Mom to Golf N Stuff to celebrate his 5th birthday. I called ahead of time to ask how tall he had to be to ride the bumper boats and go carts. I was told there was no height requirement for bumper carts and was given inaccurate measurements for the go carts. I called ahead because I did not want to tell my Nephew what I had planned for his bday and get him all excited if he was not tall enough to ride. According to the measurements I received from the employee over the phone, my Nephew was tall enough to ride as a passenger. As you can imagine, this little boy who is obsessed with the movie Cars was beyond excited to be able to ride in a go cart. After taking him to eat and getting him all riled up about the go carts, we arrived to Golf n Stuff where I purchased approximately $40 in ride tickets for him, his Mom and myself as well as an additional $20 in tokens. We hit the bumper boats first, then the go carts. Upon arriving to the front of the line, we were told he was not tall enough. My poor Nephew looked like he was about ready to cry. We tried to make it better by spending more money on tokens for him to play games inside, but he was still very disappointed. His Mom went to the front desk to ask for a refund for the tickets where she was told that there is a no refund policy for ride tickets. I then took the tickets to the front desk to ask for a refund where I was also told no. The lady in front of me faced the EXACT same issue we had with her child not being tall enough to ride the go carts. She left the front desk looking defeated. Upon the arrival of the manager on duty, Lacy, she gave me the same old song and dance as the other team members. I explained to her that I was quoted the wrong measurements over the phone and we were allowed to purchase the tickets without him being measured. Finally, upon asking for the managers and owners contact information, she reluctantly agreed to refund the tickets. Of course, she couldn t just provide said refund courteously with a smile. No, she proceeded to lecture me about how she was doing me such a big favor and that I needed to not make the same mistake the next time. She said that I had bought a lot of ride tickets and insinuated that I looked suspect for returning them. Truth be told, I have always been partial to Funtasticks. Ever since I was a kid in middle school, I have gone there. Not even as a kid was I treated with any amount of disrespect by their team members, much less now as an adult. The reason I decided on Golf n Stuff was because it was closer to where my Nephew and his Mom live. I ll be sure not to make that same mistake again. Lacy needs some serious coaching on her problem resolution and customer service skills. From what I experienced, she is in no way capable nor should she be trusted to work with customers in resolving their issues. If she treats every customer the way she treated me, I can only imagine how many people she s turned off to Golf n Stuff. In conclusion.....go to Funtasticks instead. You ll be glad you did!

Its a good place to take your family I suppose... a little run down but not too bad in my opinion. Its right next to Sakura which is some of the best food in town, but if you are used to spending 30$ a plate, going to golf and stuff afterwards will seem like a dump to you. Its nice though - watch out for the teen nights, and watch out for the gangs. Dont leave valuables in your car and come prepared.

The go karts were dissapointing, but the golf and games were awesome. The staff was incredibly nice and even went out of there way to recommend another go kart place that would better suit my need for speed.
