The new hotel opened by the President Elect in Washington, D.C., is leased to him by the federal government. This is an illegal conflict of interest. A clause in the lease states that says no elected official can have an interest in the hotel. The GSA handles the leasing. Urge them to terminate this lease before the inauguration.
