One of my old Google plus clients has a Google+ page which has been disabled. The only information I have when I attempt to log in is that the owner of the page is the only person who can take action.
This was a client from 2+ years ago. I do not know who the owner of the page is.
How do I find out? Or is there a way that this Google+ page can just be deleted completely so they can start again.
