We used to go to Don's Lighthouse a few years ago and ate delicious food with great service. We went again today and the food was terrible. The steak tasted as bad as it smelled and it was burnt. The duck breast was chewy and also had a bad smell so we sent the dish back for the vegan beef stroganoff. When the stroganoff arrived it also was unbreakable to eat. Will never return!

Came to Don's LH for Easter buffet brunch. It was a major disappointment. The offerings in almost all areas was either sparse, lacked variety or were non-existent. Not up to par for any decent buffet, least of all for Don's and for $31.00 a person. The only redeeming factor was the friendly and very efficient service we received from Dina H. our server.

Went in for Sunday dinner with my wife. The waitress seemed as if she would rather be somewhere else. She asked if we really needed to hear the daily specials. The bread served with the salad was burnt. The presentation of the main course leaved a lot to be desired as everything was on top of each other. She never came back and asked how everything was (though the hostess did.) I have eaten here many times in the past 35 years and never had a problem. I hope this is not a trend. Overall I would give this visit a 2 out of 5.

Nice place, a little on the swanky side, but they don't bat a eye at the common man. Only rules is no hats and shirts with sleeves. We showed up around 7, no reservations and was seated almost immediately. Be warned, this place has high end prices but we did not go away hungry and the food was good. Dinner for 3 was just over $100 without drinks. Staff was friendly and attentive service was top notch.

Took some ladies to brunch for Mother's Day and we were all disappointed with the food selection. There was not much at all to choose from. No bread of any kind and only served us water. Coffee or orange juice was not even in the brunch price of $31.00. Very skimpy meal. The desserts were bite size cakes and pies. We will never go there again. The only thing that was good was the attentive and excellent service.

Went to Don's Lighthouse Grille for the first time. We have been disappointed in the past trying a new restaurant, but not this time. We both had Lobster and it was the best we have ever had. DELICIOUS!! I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a good seafood place. The service was excellent and pricing was reasonable. Thankyou Don

My husband and I went there tonight for my 50th birthday. We went with joy but left with disappointment. My husband ordered one glass of wine, but we were charged for two glasses. Plus, I ordered a dish (steak and lobster), which had a $10 off, but we were charged for a full price. The waiter(ID #10006) said he made a mistake, he also said, " I thought, someone brought other wine for you..." Well, one mistake is understandable, but two mistakes are hard to accept just as a mistake.
