We've been playing/using Norad Santa for nearly a decade.  Must say, the games were much better before the inclusion of IE (rethink).  Now, they're slow, not as fun... My favorite used to be the Christmas tree lights game - it's not as good anymore (did the algorithm change??). Just my 2 cents.

Aren't the games in the Countdown Calendar awesome! Thanks to RadiantBlue Technologies, Inc. & Booz Allen Hamilton for creating the great games! What a fun way to count down the days until Santa's flight!

My wife and I especially LOVED the first game...the "connect the lights" game. She's been playing it almost every day! Thanks!

Introduction
NORAD started the tradition after a local store’s advertisement for kids to call Santa on a special “hotline” included a misprinted telephone number. Instead of reaching Mr. Kris Kringle, the number put kids through to the CONAD Commander-in-Chief’s operations “hotline.” The Director of Operations, Colonel Harry Shoup, received the first “Santa” call and had his staff check radar data to see if there was any indication of Santa making his way south from the North Pole. Indeed, there were signs of Santa, and children who called in were given an update on Santa’s position. Thus, the tradition was born.
