In a recent +WIRED article written by +Bill Wasik, the then China's then premier, Wen Jiabao commented "Internet + Internet of Things = Wisdom of the Earth.” We need to pay attention to how our world will change in the next 10 years, as global analysts project that there will be 1 trillion interconnected devices globally by 2025.

Thanks to +Jason Silva for tweeting about this killer article titled, "Welcome to the Programmable World."

Can't wait to try it in Mexico.
When you're on the road or traveling abroad, it can be tough to communicate without service on your phone. Thanks to downloadable language packs on the updated Google Translate app for Android available for Android 2.3 and up, you'll have the power of the world's languages right in your pocket!

To download one or more of the 50 available language packs on the Google Translate app, start by tapping Menu and select Offline languages. Next, tap the pin icon to select the languages you want to download. Your language packs will then begin installing and you can check on their progress under the Installed section. Once they're downloaded, you're good to go and can rest easy knowing that you're prepared for whatever surprises pop up during your journey, whether you need to ask how to find the bus stop or which food is vegetarian in languages from Arabic to Chinese and many in between.
