black conservative smart ass. Don't ask me a question you don't want an answer to
Introduction
I was born and raised in Denver, Co. I'm a Black conservative who seems to have more liberal friends than conservative.

I like to travel when I can, I love to read and write even though I have not done much of either lately.

I'm a deep thinker and an arguer, I love to argue about shit. I'm also a shit talker. if you get to know me I can make you laugh or cry because of the shit I talk.

I'm old school, all the way. I'm in my forties so I was raised in the 70s and 80s but I grew up on stuff from the 60s. Music, TV. etc.

outside of what I have already told you I'm pretty private but not afraid to tell you about me or what I think. I always tell people don't ask me a question you don't want an answer to. I will give you my honest opinion whether you like it or not.

I believe in personal responsibility with few exceptions. I understand that there are times when choices are out of our own control but the truth is those are far and few in between.

Bragging rights
I'm the best there is at what I do.

I went to see Roxie at Flawless Skin and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Roxie is very friendly and professionak. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and welcome. I was a little nervous at the prospect of having my back hair ripped out and for good reason (it hurts like hell) but in spite of that Roxie did an excellent job of assuaging my fears. We laughed at my screams and she completed my back in a timely fashion. I definitely recommend Roxie and Flawless Skin. She knows how to treat her customers.

I tried this place at the recommendation of a few friends. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The decor was very nice and friendly and so was the staff. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. My wife and I went here for our date night and have since gone back because we enjoyed it so much. I can't say enough good things about this place so I'll just say go and see for yourself.

good sandwiches and friendly service. I am often next door at the cigar shop and Mr. Lucky's is convenient. The staff is nice and they don't mind walking my order two doors down so I don't have to stand around and wait. I have eaten many sandwiches from here and I have yet to have one that I didn't like.

I thought I wrote a review of this place before but I guess not. where to begin. first, This is my favorite place to hangout. I have been coming here for over 5 years now and it is truly my home away from home. If I am not at work or home I am usually here. The ambiance is like something you would imagine in an old black and white movie or Godfather type flick. Dan the owner has decorated the place with high backed leather chairs and a comfy old couch. The walls are covered with cigar themed photos and art. He has hardwood floors and dark wood furniture. For your entertainment he has two flat screen tvs that are usually on sports or news. occasionally you can watch a man flick (not porn) or cable drama. Pandora is usually playing in the background so you can listen to jazz, blues, light rock or if you have an interest you can make a request. now for the cigars. Dan the owner has carefully selected an ample selection of cigars for your tasting pleasure. He has high end sticks like Pedron and Ashton. He carries a multitude of mid range cigars and a good supply of lower end stuff. So no matter your budget, you can find what you want. You can also find the accessories you need from lighters to cutters to humidors and portable cases. After you purchase your cigar needs from one of the professional and helpful staff you can take it with you to enjoy by yourself or you can light up right there and engage in stimulating conversations with the eclectic group of people you are bound to find in there. There is always someone in the shop who likes to talk and some who don't, but for as long as I've been coming here I have met very few people who are not friendly. I will admit some of us take some getting use to. overall this is a great place to hang out in. I have been to cigar shops in New York, Tokyo D,C. Vegas, New Mexico and more and Cigars on 6th ranks up there with all the good ones. If you go in tell em Mone sent you, you wont get anything for it but at least you can act like you know someone lol.

We were in New York for the first time last summer and I asked around for the best cheesecake and several people told me Juniors. We were staying at the Hilton in Time Square and there was a Juniors right around the corner. After I had a slice I was convinced I had found my mecca. I made another pilgrimage there the next day. It was one of the best cheesecake I've had. I wish I could have brought one home with me to Denver.

This is the best New York style pizza around in my book. I realize I am not from New York and I've only been there once but I am sticking to my guns and saying this is the best. The service is really good, the staff is friendly and helpful. The bad part about being such a good pizza place is you get a lot of customers. Now that is not bad for the business but it is bad if you are a customer and you want to get in and out. More and more I come here and more and more they are getting busy. Well good for them but if you want a slice try to beat the rush. They have a wide variety of pies, all are good. They have some flavors I would not have thought to put on a pizza but they found a way to make them work. If you are in the area and you want a good slice of pizza pass by all the rest and make your way to Slice Works, you won't be disappointed.
