Relaxed, modern lodging on the beach offering indoor/outdoor pools & lazy rivers, plus a water park.- Google
"2 bed oceanfront efficiency - small beds, musty smelling room, mold on curtains"
"Service was good, restaurant was overpriced for the food."

Just arrived and it's our second time staying here. Not happy with our room at all that we booked a month ago. Our ocean view is a view of a dumpster. Staying till Monday and with no offer of another room. We won't stay here again nor recommend it in the near future. Can't offer a ocean view when there's no view of the ocean. Thanks for dampening our Christmas.

The best view I have ever had from a vacation hotel room, hands down. My number one best beach vacation was here, simply because of the view in the corner king room. My dream come true. If the universe loves me, it will lead me back here one more time:)

Nice hotel, clean rooms, good view of the ocean, bowling, arcades, lots of pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, pirate kiddie pool, restaurants, beach access. We don't have to leave unless we want to. The room location was excellent with the balcony right off the pirate pool and entertainment in evening. Everything was quiet around 10pm each night. I would definitely stay here again. It's a great beach resort.

Room looked nothing like advertised. Room was very small and we didn't have an ocean view as promised. Reservations said we had to book and pay for an extra day more than we wanted in order to get the room but when we checked out luckily they gave us a partial refund when we checked out. The free game of bowling really cost $4 per person because you have to pay for shoes. Restaurant had wonderful view but was very small. The elevators were tiny and took forever. We waited 20 minutes for elevators a few times. Only 3 or 4 people can fit at a time. Exterior looks much better than interior. Rooms don't match whats shown on the website. First and last time staying here.

Bring the Lysol... The rooms (suites) are gross and rust/wet smells all over. The European style pullout bed made me shiver... Stains all over the mattress and box spring. I'm so close to running out and finding a black light to get out of here payment free. Best parts are the oceanfront view and the restaurant next door. The pool waters were tan... Not even allowing my kids in that mess. Tried to save money to have more activity money, but next year we'll do a real resort.

The layout was odd for the room, walk through a bedroom then kitchen then into the master bedroom/dining room/living room. Paying 15 dollars for the resort fees then being charged for the bowling shoes and games is ridiculous. The pull out bed was disgusting and stain. Rooms and the whole resort needs to be updated.

My husband I planned and stayed at the Captain's Quarters (would be) resort in late August to Labor Day, it was not a very pleasant experience. The hotel was is "rundown" in need of a facelift very badly; getting daily housekeeping to provide services was a ongoing battle, we complained after trying to understand there may have been staffing problems but it was still bad. For us will never book reservations there ever again and friends who were planning to come down during the time we were there, were encouraged them to book arrangements somewhere else which they did, which were far better then ours for the same price..if coming down please find better hotels either further up South Ocean Blvd such as the Crown Reef which is where our friends stayed it is beautiful, clean well kept and excellent "housekeeping". Please read the reviews on any hotels before booking is my advise, "read between the lines," that is where the story is.......
