For the price, this hotel was great. My husband & I have stayed a few times and are really considering coming back Aug 2015 with our son for his first beach trip. The rooms are a great size for the price. We don't stay in the rooms much anyway (besides last time, I was pregnant and needed a lot more rest). I love the pools and am very pleased they have a 1 ft pool for me to enjoy with our son. The breakfast could be a little better and not as expensive, but the view is pretty neat. We've never had problems with the elevators before but have heard fellow guest talk about them, but with 15 floors what do you expect? I love that there is also pools & entertainment indoors as well. We came the first time and it rained almost the whole time, but having the pools, bowling alley/bar/arcade & breakfast inside was great. My husband isn't fan of water, but loved the pools as well. The only real negative thing was one of the cleaning ladies was very rude. We had an oceanfront room & my husband was showering while I was putting makeup on, doing my hair & getting dressed in the bathroom. The cleaning lady banged on the door several times after I told her to hold on so I could put my clothes on and when I went to the door she was rude because I didn't come fast enough. I'm not the type to get rude to someone but I had to with her and basically had to tell her to leave. BUT Overall we love this place & are excited to share it with our son this year! :)

So the hotel is very outdated. First the room we stayed in on the 5th floor was very outdated. Holes in walls, mold, stained, etc...not to mention senespieds and cochroach in our room. Housekeeping was non existent. After we saw bugs I called to front desk and they said they would have room thoroughly cleaned. Housekeeper only made bed !when I called downstairs the manager michael called me back and offered us 12th floor. ..we declined..mind you that there is always 1 to 2 elevators broken..i was not about to wait or have to climb 12 flight of stairs with a 5 and 7 year old. The next say room was not cleaned again! All I was asking for was the beds to be made, new set of towels and garbage emptied. I must of called front desk 4 to 5 times just about housekeeping. ..yes you will get bugs if garbage is not emptied.. Now for the pool area never any towels. .i went once to housekeeping in parking garage to get some and ran into another cochroach! Pool area is also outdated with cracked flooring and broken pieces. .however the kids still loved it and had lots of fun with different activities going on all day. We had direct access to the beach which was another plus. The bowling alley people were nice but choice of rap music was not the best for the young kids in there. $10 arcade card we bought gave us access to about 5 games that were working and with our tickets were able to buy 2 ice cream cookies. If the hotel updated and took care of its guests it would be a great resort...but it needs lots of work.

Wish there was a no star option! Anyone need a nasty footprint at the head of their "clean sheets"?! Asked for a new set and at least a nice security guard brought them up to our room. Nasty place! Pubic hair in the King bed and on the toilet seat! Multiple bug bites of some sort from attempting to sleep for all of 15 minutes! Loud noises all around! This place needs some serious help!!!!!

Excellent!!! For starters when we booked our room the receptionist we spoke with made an error in booking and when we realized it several days later we called back and they were very quick to correct it. The rooms are a little out dated but ours was very clean and we saw someone constantly cleaning around the resort. The TV's would get a little snowy reception during the day but would eventually clear up. We had a few maintenance issues with the stove and they were very prompt to get them handled to the point of replacing the whole stove. House keeping kept us supplied with towels everyday and all the staff we met in the halls or anywhere else acknowledged us by wishing us a nice day. The bed slept amazing! Better than ours at home at home. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back.

The elevators that go all the way up to 10-15 get stuck frequently. Fix them. Waited almost 20 minutes in line with 15 people for elevator. Frequently. Service was good, restaurant was overpriced for the food. Rooms were nice. I'd stay again.

#1 Cleanliness of the room was well below par!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We used to be housekeepers and there was hair in the bed!!! (That is so gross!!!), pistachio shells in the right nightstand drawer, the ash tray on the balcony was overflowing with old butts, urine stains on the back of the toilette, and soap scum in the tub. This is NOT acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #2. Customers should be the first thing you think about! #3 Pool Towels had mold on them! For the love of God buy some nice towels! #4 There needs to be better communication between your different departments #5 Professionalism is key with customers. The manager that we dealt with was snappy and emotional. #6 Your business needs to work on customer service! #7 GREEN ALGIE in the pool!!! EVERYWHERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They need to get shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Heath Hazard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

The hotel is ok, but it's nasty. The pictures are extremely deceiving. It's an old hotel. It's dirty and cheap. It also stinks and the elevators are so freaking slow. There was literally a line of us waiting for the elevator. The breakfast is not good at all. I would give this a one start, but the only thing that sort of makes up for the nastiness is the pools. They are clean and nice. And there is a variety of pools so it's not really crowded. Also, I can speak for all rooms, but our bathtub was either new or it was really clean. That was the nicest thing in the room. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here. While we were relaxing in the room we heard a loud noise in the bathroom and the light cover had fell off.

great place was skeptical with what some had said about it but will say for the price and the time of year it was awesome. We will be going back next year glad we upgraded our room the first one would have been fine but the 2nd room had a great view and was well maintained we have invited a few other families, staff was great room was modern and clean and had a great view, people were pleasant and the pool area was well maintained.
