They have some good items, good place to shop when you need something right away. They offer price matching, so if they have an item, and you find that same item cheaper online, they will sell it to you for the price you found. They also offer some good discounts from time to time. Decent staff too.

Worst Best Buy, ever. Stock is horrendously incorrect and staff is not very helpful. I've tried to come here multiple times only to walk away unsatisfied and disappointed

Not sure why so many bad reviews. My wife and I spent 3 hours to buy a new laptop for her. We spoke to 3 different sales person, all very nice, friendly and helpful. They did not try to push in any directions (mac vs pc) and we are very pleased about the service. We mostly spoke to Justin who was extremely nice even though he does not work based on commissions. We would definitely go back there.

I had walked in for a stereo install one of the employees told me the man that does it starts at 11. I had arrived at 1045. So I wait. Comes 1130 the man still isn't here. What kind of establishment doesn't know where the employee is. Or can't get in contact. Biggest waste of my time. If the man ain't going to show. Don't keep giving me bullshit telling me hes unreachable. Don't go to this bestbuy if you cherish your time cause these bastards. Dont care

Friendly Staff most times. I like this Best Buy because of the free parking. Stock on certain things sometime minimal. Otherwise, your average Best Buy in NYC

While the in store experience is OK at best, the staff over the phone is HORRIBLE. They've put me on hold for the simplest questions for over 30 minutes and have even forgot that I was on the phone. The only thing keeping them in business is that they are the only Best Buy anywhere near Astoria.

At first I was Looking at the review and think how could it be, how bad can the customer service be. And when I actually been here, it seriously blowed my mind, horrible staff here, not helpful, made me feel like I'm in a flea market or something?? Crazy, and lines are so long , the management team don't even send anyone on the floor to help out the line, seriously one cashier and I waited for one hour. I had to come here for this crap because I ordered the computer and picked up here, best buy told me I have to come back to the original store for the problem, and here I am, once again the horrible experience. Thanks bestbuy, for this bad image for your brand, shame on you.
