At first I was Looking at the review and think how could it be, how bad can the customer service be. And when I actually been here, it seriously blowed my mind, horrible staff here, not helpful, made me feel like I'm in a flea market or something?? Crazy, and lines are so long , the management team don't even send anyone on the floor to help out the line, seriously one cashier and I waited for one hour. I had to come here for this crap because I ordered the computer and picked up here, best buy told me I have to come back to the original store for the problem, and here I am, once again the horrible experience. Thanks bestbuy, for this bad image for your brand, shame on you.

Being a best buy elite member, when you shop at a store two blocks from your home, you shouldn't be told "you're wrong" on something clearly marked a certain way. It is not the customers fault if items are improperly shelf marked. Being told to "go get it" about the product so another can be scanned is not good customer service. Overall a bad experience, all for gifts to be donated. Another retailer going down the wrong path.

The service in their mobile department is extremely slow. Recommend that they add more people, more importantly more people that actually care about customer service and satisfaction.

Very POOR costumer service. Especially, the people who are assigned in Geeksquad. The manager didn't even introduce herself as the manager, and had bad attitude. She is not accommodating and approachable. The problem that I had, was NOT resolved at all. I have been going back and forth (fourth time with the reoccurring problems with my gadget that they couldn't seem to fix) I asked for my repair to be shipped back home... I received my gadget but, the case was not included. Now, they said that I have to go back to the store and pick it up. They are wasting my time, and another roundtrip fare to get there. Such an INCONVENIENCE.

I've been to three Best Buys in my entire life. This has to be the worst one out of all three. I have visited this store a total of 15 times, and in all instances it was because my family dragged me. The employees are rude. The prices of audio and laptops are expensive. They specifically target college student, and even guilt them into buying crappy Dell laptops. Overall, I will not shop here ever again nor do I recommend anyone shop at this ludicrous store. Before coming here, customers should note the price between similar technology on Google or Walmart.

What's up with these staff members? A staff at the register talked so fast and we couldn't catch it, so I asked him to repeat it a couple of times; but he did not slow down at all, just repeating it again and again. After a couple of times, he started to mock at us and looked at the other staff members at the register, as if saying 'look at these stupid people'. I felt disgusted and angered, but I held it at the brink of explosion.
