The new version 3.4 of "Match!", our software for phase identification from powder diffraction data, provides so-called "manual entries", along with a large variety of other improvements. Most of them are dedicated to an improved manual or "direct" identification, which means that you can now work more quickly, especially if you already know which phases are present in your sample.

A new edition of the free-of-charge COD reference database for Match!, our software for phase identification from powder diffraction data, has become available recently. The new release provides more than 368,000 entries in the full and more than 67,600 entries in the Inorganics edition.
