Go to Pole Position instead!!! For my brothers birthday I made an effort to call ahead and planned for an afternoon of fun. I asked if I needed reservations or leave a deposit and was told none was needed. However, when we arrived we were told that they place was booked, when I suggested that since we were already there we can still race, etc. There were no accommodations made, and given attitude, and told to leave. I suggest you go to Pole Position instead, much more friendly staff and accommodating.

Lots of fun. Karts are great (when not breaking), lots of room on the course for passing and the racing line is easy to find. Very easy to push the karts to and beyond the limit. No shortage of safety gear and they rent closed toe shoes. Karts seem about as consistent as one could expect for gas motors with manually set governors. All seem capable of the same lap time within one second. Only criticisms I have is the staff needs to enforce the "bumping" policy more. I saw lots of bad hits while I was there. The karts showed the signs of rough racing. First two races, everything ran perfect. My last race, my first kart broke and my second was losing so much power I was having to move out of the way of everyone (I had the second fastest lap in my first kart before it broke). Two other karts also broke in that race.

In December 2012 my husband and I took our kids to fast lap for a fun family outing, but it did not end that way. On our last race I was hit so hard by one of the other drivers that my go kart flipped and landed on top of me. I crushed my calf muscle, injured my neck, both knees, right shoulder and had a concussion. What I was really surprised about is that no one from fast lap called to see if I was even okay. I called them a few days after the crash to see if I could take a look at the footage from the security cameras, because i was told by on lookers that the hit looked intentional. So when I called and asked to view the tapes I was put on hold and forgot about or hung up on. To be treated that way after such a scary and painful event is poor customer care, to say the least.

Simply amazing. Had a blast with 12 family members racing against each other. Workers were helpful and nice. I recommend everyone go here.

Most of the staff was ok, I had a lot of fun on the track. One rule was said was no bumping. On my last race, for some reason a member of the staff jumped on a kart and participated on the race and was arrogant enough to try to beat the present heat best time. He was quite arrogant that he started to bump my kart and I crashed in to the curbs. He made my whole experience drop to the floor.
